Where do I find my certificate after finishing?

I finished Decoding Medicine (so happy) but I can’t find where the certificate actually lives. Is it emailed, or do I download it somewhere?

It’s on the course page in your account once everything’s marked complete. Check the very last lesson got ticked, that caught me out, my final quiz hadn’t registered so it wouldn’t show.

That was exactly it, last lesson wasn’t ticked. Certificate appeared the second I fixed it. Thank you!

Make sure you click Complete on the last lesson. Once the final practical assessment has been evaluated, and you pass, you will get the certificate emailed to you

wait so is it emailed AND on the course page, or just one of them? asking cause I want to attach it to my application draft folder straight away instead of waiting on an email that might land in spam. also does the cert have a verification link/ID on it, some programs I’ve applied to want that so they can check it’s legit.

Congrats Grace! Good that you sorted it. Just adding, for some courses it does both, shows on the course page and lands in your email, so if you don’t see it in one place check the other before panicking. Also worth checking your spam folder if you’re waiting on the emailed one, ours sometimes lands there for some reason.
